I made this cute owl the other day, when I didn't have as much experience with my sewing machine. I'm still making sewing mistakes but its so fun I don't even care! 
The original description was in Crafts-N-Things magazine in the fall.
I refused to use a pattern, but as I was working on it I decided I needed some help, so I looked in my fall issue of Crafts-N-Things and found they had an online tutorial. Its not very well explained, but the pictures are great. So using that and the magazine description I was able to make it happen.Of course, you can see by his feet and wings that I should have at least drawn the shapes before I started butting, lol.

Sarita, Thank you! I am going to bring in my camera next week. I would love to have it all done but its going to take a while so I'm just going to have to break down and take some pix anyway. Jennifer - ty re the sewing, lol. you haven't seen my attempts this week! They will be my bloopers.
